Our client is a respected provider of comminution equipment, supplying crushers and related solutions to mining and aggregates customers globally. As part of their continued growth and product development strategy, they are seeking a Product Manager - Crushers to take ownership of their crusher portfolio.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and market strategy. The Product Manager will be responsible for the commercial and technical success of the crusher product line, ensuring it remains competitive, customer-focused, and aligned with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the crusher product portfolio across its full lifecycle

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and positioning based on market and customer needs

• Act as the technical and commercial expert for crushers, supporting sales teams and key customers

• Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements and new developments

• Work closely with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

• Support go-to-market activities including pricing, product launches, and training

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies in comminution

About You

• Experience in crushers, comminution equipment, or related mining/aggregates machinery

• Background in product management, engineering, technical sales, or application engineering

• Strong understanding of crusher technologies (jaw, cone, impact, etc.)

• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical detail and business outcomes

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority

• Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events
