Product Compliance & Implementation Lead
Western Sydney, NSW

A leading manufacturer in the building materials space is looking to bring on a Product Compliance and Implementation Lead to join their Western Sydney team.

This is a hands-on product compliance, testing and implementation role, focused on supporting new and existing product projects for the Australian business.

You will play a key role in ensuring products are tested, certified and delivered in line with structural, thermal, fire and overall performance requirements.

The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating product development, testing, certification and implementation projects from concept through to market delivery, working across both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating product development, testing, and implementation projects
  • Overseeing product testing across structural, fire, thermal and performance criteria
  • Coordinating with external laboratories and certification bodies
  • Supporting product certification and re certification processes
  • Tracking project timelines
  • Maintaining technical documentation, testing records and compliance files
  • Identifying risks, delays and ensuring projects stay on track
  • Acting as the link between technical, operational and commercial teams
  • Occasional interstate and overseas travel as required

About You
This role will suit someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working across testing, coordination and project delivery within a building products environment.

  • Experience in building materials, manufacturing, engineering or a related field
  • Experience within product testing, certification, compliance or laboratory environments would be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Confidence working with technical data, reports and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
  • Australian PR or Citizenship required
  • Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
