The successful candidate will play a central role in improving plant performance and supporting long term operational stability.
This process engineer role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and, for the right individual, develop into a future site leadership role.
Review, optimise, and stabilise mineral processing operations across the plant
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, recovery, and cost performance
Lead projects related to plant upgrades, automation, and modernisation
Analyse operational data and provide technical recommendations to support strategic decisions
Support harmonisation of technical reporting across operations
Work closely with operations teams to improve milling, sizing, flotation, and drying processes
Degree in Mineral Processing, Process Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience in mineral processing plants, ideally within industrial minerals or base metals
Strong technical expertise in milling, classification/sizing, and flotation circuits
Experience with process optimisation and plant troubleshooting
German language skills required
Willingness to travel within Germany when required
Join a growing European mining company with operations across Germany
Work in a technically challenging environment focused on operational improvement and plant modernisation
Be part of a small, agile organisation with short decision making processes
Clear career progression potential, including the possibility to grow into broader operational leadership
