Principal

I'm looking for a proven Mechanical Engineering leader to step into a newly created Principal-level role within a major integrated design-build firm. This is a senior seat with real authority, focused on mechanical strategy, technical direction, and leadership across the firm's most complex work.

Your focus will be in education, healthcare, mission-critical, data centers, and commercial infrastructure projects across the U.S.

• A visible leadership position within a $1B+ employee-owned organization
• A fully integrated design-build platform with in-house construction, prefabrication, commissioning, and energy services, giving genuine control over outcomes
• Clear long-term runway toward Managing Principal for someone who wants to build, shape, and lead

I'm seeking a PE-licensed mechanical leader with technical credibility, leadership presence, and the confidence to operate with senior clients and internal executives. Someone ready to move beyond project-by-project delivery and take ownership of a discipline, a standard, and a direction.
