Plant Manager - High Speed Beverage

You will step into a Plant Manager role leading a high-speed, high-volume beverage facility running 24/7, with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance. You will drive operational excellence across multiple automated production and packaging lines, setting the standard for performance and culture on site.

What You Will Do
You will lead all plant operations, covering production, maintenance, quality, engineering, warehouse, and EHS.

You will own full P&L responsibility, driving cost control, productivity gains, and overall margin performance.

You will oversee high-speed automated lines, focusing on improving OEE, throughput, yield, and labor efficiency.

You will ensure full compliance with food safety, regulatory, and customer standards, embedding a strong quality-first culture across the plant.

You will develop and execute the site's strategic plan, including capital projects, capacity expansion, and reliability improvements.

You will lead, coach, and develop your leadership team, building succession pipelines and a high-performance environment.

You will drive continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing, structured problem-solving, and data-led decision making.

You will act as the senior on-site leader, maintaining clear communication across all shifts and functions while keeping engagement high.

What You Will Bring
You will have 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within high-speed food, beverage, CPG, or similarly automated manufacturing environments.

You will have experience leading large-scale facilities with multiple lines and significant headcount.

You will bring strong financial acumen, with experience managing site budgets and capital investments.

You will have deep knowledge of food safety systems including SQF, BRC, HACCP, and GMP.

You will have a track record of improving key operational KPIs such as safety, OEE, waste reduction, service levels, and labor productivity.

You will be a visible, hands-on leader who can influence at every level of the organisation.
