Operations Line Leader - Colorado - Food Manufacturing

CSG are partnered with a rapidly growing premium dessert manufacturer is seeking an Operations Line Leader to oversee a high-volume production line and drive operational excellence across safety, quality, production, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a line-centric team across multiple shifts (up to 80 employees)

Own day-to-day line performance, results, and continuous improvement initiatives

Coach and develop operators/technicians; identify and close training gaps

Manage staffing, shift hand-offs, onboarding, metrics accuracy, and changeovers

Drive employee engagement while improving throughput, waste, and uptime

Partner with Maintenance and CI leads to eliminate losses and improve reliability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field

2+ years of manufacturing experience

Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred

Strong communication and coaching skills

Experience with lean/CI tools

Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
