Marketing manager - Beef

I'm currently partnering with a leading beef manufacturer to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional to drive brand growth, support product innovation, and develop marketing strategies that strengthen the company's position across retail, foodservice and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies that align with commercial objectives and business growth plans.
• Lead product launches and marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category, Innovation and Operations teams to support customer engagement and product development.
• Create compelling marketing materials, presentations and sales support tools.
• Manage trade marketing initiatives and represent the business at industry events and exhibitions.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets and measure ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications and marketing activity.

About You

• Proven marketing experience within the beef, meat, protein or wider food manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, product management and commercial strategy.
• Experience supporting retail, foodservice or wholesale customers.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn market insights into successful marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
