Consumer Brand Lead - EMEA

We are hiring a Consumer Brand Lead to drive regional growth and strengthen our presence across EMEA. This role will shape and execute go-to-market strategies that connect with consumers and deliver measurable commercial impact. While initially an individual contributor role, it carries significant strategic ownership and future leadership potential.

The role is with an exciting consumer focused healthcare technology company with exciting growth plans across the EMEA region.

The Role

You will translate global brand direction into locally relevant, growth-focused plans across EMEA markets. Working cross-functionally, you'll lead positioning, activation and performance optimisation across direct-to-consumer and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA go-to-market strategy, building country-specific launch and growth plans.

  • Define and champion compelling consumer positioning and messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Drive full-funnel demand generation (awareness to retention) in partnership with performance and CRM teams.

  • Lead agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality, insight-led campaigns with clear KPIs.

  • Partner with commercial and trade teams to accelerate adoption across retail and ecommerce channels.

  • Translate data and market insights into test-and-learn initiatives that improve conversion and retention.

  • Align closely with Product, Brand, Insights, Commercial and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, high-impact execution.

  • Track performance, define KPIs and optimise based on results.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in consumer marketing, brand or growth roles across EMEA.

  • Proven success launching and scaling products in consumer health, wellness, tech or similar sectors.

  • Strong expertise in media planning, digital acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

  • Commercial mindset with accountability for revenue growth and retention.

  • Analytical, data-driven approach combined with strong storytelling skills.

  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, matrixed environments.

  • Familiarity with regulated categories and retail/ecommerce marketing is a plus.
