CSG Talent has an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner with a background in industrial manufacturing or chemicals, to focus on managing maintenance activities across sites in NSW.

Our client is a global leader in the production and distribution of industrial minerals for a variety of industries such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out systematic & optimised use of maintenance software for maintenance activities across NSW.
• Plan and schedule maintenance on equipment or shutdowns with Production Supervisors.
• Act as a key point of contact between maintenance and operations.
• Review, develop and implement maintenance procedures and documents to seek to improve plant safety, equipment reliability and efficiencies.
• Liaise with on-site Maintenance Management or Project Managers to plan and execute defined maintenance and/or project tasks.
• Engage in fault finding and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are being met.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Maintenance planning experience; within either an industrial manufacturing or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable ability to oversee short + long term planning for scheduled maintenance.
• SAP experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of OH+S.
• Willingness to travel as required.
