CSG Talent has an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager with a background in industrial manufacturing or chemicals, to focus on managing maintenance activities across sites in NSW.

Our client is a global leader in the production and distribution of industrial minerals for a variety of industries such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• People leadership and management responsibilities, directly managing a team of 8 staff.
• Develop, plan and implement site projects and expenditure.
• Ensure safety, environment and quality standards are met.
• Direct activities for daily, routine, corrective and breakdown maintenance requirements.
• Maintain plant optimisation and managing spare parts inventory.
• implement and maintain the computer maintenance management system.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Maintenance management experience; within either an industrial manufacturing or chemical manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable track record of improving plant performance and responsibility of maintenance costs.
• Able to problem solve and manage projects through to completion.
• Strong working knowledge of OH+S.
• Willingness to travel as required..
