CSG Talent are pleased to be working with a UK-based technical services business that supports multi-site retail clients, looking to appoint a commercially focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow an established client portfolio.
This is a sales-led, account management role, focused on developing existing relationships and expanding scope across live contracts, rather than a heavy new-business or cold-calling position.
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of multi-site retail accounts, acting as the main commercial point of contact
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services, sites, and contract scope
- Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure performance supports commercial opportunities
- Identify and convert opportunities across HVAC, hard services and associated technical services
- Lead client reviews, account meetings, and commercial discussions
- Track account performance, growth, and commercial outcomes
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales-led Key Account Manager / Account Manager role within FM, HVAC, or technical services
- Strong track record of growing existing accounts rather than purely winning new business
- Experience managing multi-site or estate-based client portfolios, ideally within retail or similar environments
- Commercially minded, confident discussing value, performance, and service scope with clients
- Comfortable working with technical and operational teams
