We are working with a small firm in Hartford who have a great reputation in the Multi-Family housing and Historic Preservation space and due to project wins and a couple of employees intending to retire, they are looking to make additions to the team.
They are looking to hire a Job Captain who can work independently, put together drawings and renderings, manage smaller projects and be trained up to be a Project manager in the longer term to help them deliver their burgeoning project workload.
They also need to hire a Project Manager who will deliver work and also happy to be involved in producing construction documents.
The bulk of their work is in Multi Family, Historic Preservation and Adaptive Reuse - the work is a very interesting typology and requires outside of the box thinking. It should be noted that around 10% of their work is in other sectors like Office, Fire Stations etc and these other markets will continue to grow in size - but the immediate focus and the bulk of the work is in Multi-Family, Historic Preservation and Adaptive-Reuse.
An architectural licence for either of these roles is not essential but would be a plus
