A well-established global electronics organisation is seeking a reliable, customer-focused professional to join its Internal Sales team on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with strong potential for internal career opportunities thereafter.

The role

  • Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
  • Managing enquiries and providing day-to-day customer support
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry across internal systems
  • Supporting team KPIs and monthly targets in a collaborative environment


About you

  • Background in customer service, administration or internal sales support
  • Ideally technically minded, or with experience working in the electronics or manufacturing industry
  • Comfortable in a busy, process-driven environment
  • High attention to detail, organised and dependable
  • Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
  • Enjoys working as part of an established, close-knit team
  • Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be considered
