The role
- Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
- Managing enquiries and providing day-to-day customer support
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry across internal systems
- Supporting team KPIs and monthly targets in a collaborative environment
About you
- Background in customer service, administration or internal sales support
- Ideally technically minded, or with experience working in the electronics or manufacturing industry
- Comfortable in a busy, process-driven environment
- High attention to detail, organised and dependable
- Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
- Enjoys working as part of an established, close-knit team
- Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be considered
