Internal Sales

CSG Talent are recruiting an Internal Sales Representative on a 1-year fixed term contract for a leading global business within the electronic components space. This is a great opportunity for a sales-oriented customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, managing enquiries, and working towards targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for supporting customers through the full order cycle and ensuring excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service, account support and database management
• Prospecting and researching new opportunities
• Presenting the company's portfolio and services to meet customer needs
• Creating quotations and processing/managing orders end-to-end
• Managing enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
• Working with a global team to achieve monthly budgets and KPI's

About You

• Proven experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service
• Electronics Engineering degree is a bonus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, motivated attitude
• High attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and towards targets
• Experience with electronic components is an advantage
