CSG Talent is seeking an experienced Import/Export Coordinator to join a well-established organisation in the manufacturing sector. This position is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of international shipments across Australia and New Zealand. ensuring accurate costing, full regulatory compliance and prompt execution across the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers, forwarders, and customs brokers regarding
    shipments, charges, discrepancies, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensuring accurate costing, full regulatory compliance and prompt execution across the supply chain.
  • Keep up-to-date freight cost structures, manages all import/export documentation.
  • Support forecasting and S&OP processes, collaborate closely with Sales, Inventory, Operations, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers and 3PL providers, to deliver optimal service, cost efficiency and product availability.
  • Place purchase orders on overseas suppliers/principals in a timely manner.


About You

  • Experienced in handling import/export requirements, customs clearance, customs/tariff regulations, import costings.
  • Background in inventory planning and management, including handling of 3PL providers.
  • Place orders with principals with accuracy, ensuring orders made on time and no orders missed
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in using SAP MM and SD modules.

This opportunity is initially on a 6 or 12 month contract, with a potential view of moving into a full-time position in the future.
