National Account Managemenr | Field-Based | 1 Day per Week in Office (northwest of central London)
We are working with a growing, service-led HVAC and mechanical maintenance business that supports multi-site commercial and retail clients across the UK.
They are seeking a commercially minded, technically credible HVAC Key Account & Contracts Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of service contracts; driving performance, strengthening relationships, and expanding existing accounts.
This is about owning maintenance portfolios and growing them through service excellence and commercial awareness.
Manage and develop a portfolio of multi-site HVAC service contracts
Own SLA and KPI performance across your accounts
Lead client performance reviews and reporting meetings
Work closely with field engineers, scheduling, and finance teams
Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance delivery
Identify opportunities to expand service scope within existing customers
Support renewals and protect contract value
Maintain margin awareness across your portfolio
You will act as the key relationship owner for your clients, balancing technical understanding with commercial accountability.
An HVAC service contractor
A hard FM provider with strong M&E focus
A technical services business delivering PPM and reactive maintenance
And have:
3-8+ years in Key Account / Contract Management within HVAC or hard services
Experience managing multi-site service portfolios
Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance models
Experience working to SLAs and KPIs
Experience coordinating field engineers and subcontractors
Commercial awareness (renewals, margin, account growth)
Solid technical HVAC understanding
We're looking for someone who understands both the technical delivery and the commercial ownership of service contracts.
