Our client is a climate technology company commercialising an advanced passive cooling coating that reduces heat load on sun-exposed assets without consuming electricity. The technology is designed for industrial and transportation applications, with early traction in fleet, cold-chain, and infrastructure markets.
The company is now moving from pilot deployments toward building a repeatable US revenue engine.
The Head of Revenue - USA will lead US commercial execution and play a key role in building the company's revenue foundation.
This is a hands-on role responsible for winning new business, converting pilots into commercial contracts, and developing channel and partner relationships. Initially execution-focused, the position is expected to evolve into broader commercial leadership as the business scales.
Own and deliver US revenue targets
Convert pilots into commercial contracts and deployments
Lead direct sales with fleet, logistics, and industrial customers
Develop and manage channel and distribution partners
Build a disciplined pipeline, forecasting, and CRM process
Support pricing, deal structure, and commercial strategy
Represent the company at customer sites and industry events
Proven success carrying and closing B2B revenue
Experience selling in early-stage or high-growth environments
Background in industrial, transportation, energy, or infrastructure markets
Strong outbound and relationship-led sales capability
Ability to communicate technical products clearly to operational buyers
Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong commercial discipline
Location: USA or Canada, ideally near a major travel hub.
Travel to customer sites and industry events will be required.
