Head of Operations Europe - Import, Export and Customer Service

Salary: Up to €110,000 salary and bonus

Location: Frankfurt

CSG are partnering a global medical equipment company, leaders in their field and growing year on year. We are looking for a Head of Operations Europe, a business critical role managing all the importing/exporting of medical equipment (finished goods) as well managing the 20+ customer service teams including 2 Team Leaders.

This position is the backbone of the business, integral to their reputation and success and highly valued role!

Important responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the smooth operation, continuous optimization and development of the company's European processes and systems as well as compliance with national and international legal and regulatory requirements
• You ensure the timely and proper processing of their export orders, coordinate with the customers who could be either directly the hospital (in direct areas) or B2B partners selling products on their behalf (in indirect areas).
• You will coordinate all processes relating to customer service department and demo units with their internal stakeholders and country leaders, particularly their foreign subsidiaries and specialist departments.
• Strictly manage and continuously improve all internal and external processes as the business continues to grow internationally

Important experience:

• Years of experience leading larger teams (10+) in logistics/supply chain and/or customer service
• Proven track record of success in streamlining and digitizing processes
• You have experience handling all aspects of import and export, including invoicing and processing
• You have experience in international logistics and managing external customers and internal stakeholders
• You have experience using SAP
• You are fluent in English and have experience working in internationally operating companies
• You must be a German national, legally able to live and work in Germany
