We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive business growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and lead sales execution across key international markets. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, globally connected business environment.

The Sales Lead, Global will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that support long-term business objectives, expand customer relationships, and improve overall market performance. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and senior leadership, this individual will play a central role in driving sustainable growth, operational alignment, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas to strengthen market position and support expansion initiatives.
  • Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, customer engagement, and effective sales execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, forecasting, and long-term commercial priorities.
  • Establish measurable goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the sales organization.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability, collaboration, and execution.
  • Create a strong commercial culture centered on performance, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Support employee development through coaching, training, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote effective collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and other internal functions.

Business Development & Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and distribution channels.
  • Develop tailored commercial approaches to support different customer segments and business needs.
  • Drive account growth through proactive business development and relationship management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support new product initiatives, market opportunities, and customer solutions.

Operational Execution

  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management to ensure operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
  • Monitor business performance and implement actions to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure sales activities are executed in compliance with applicable regulations, company standards, and internal processes.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.

Reporting & Sales Operations

  • Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market activity to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and performance reporting to leadership teams.
  • Drive effective use of CRM systems and sales tools to improve pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and customer engagement.
  • Implement best practices to improve sales processes, operational consistency, and commercial execution.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial leadership, sales management, or business development within a growth-focused industry.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Experience working in international or cross-cultural business environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and business reporting systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and team engagement.
