A global organisation in the nutrition and ingredients sector is seeking an experienced Global Marketing Leader to drive international marketing strategy and business growth.
This role is responsible for connecting Marketing, Sales, and Procurement, and for building a clear path from market positioning through to commercial results.
Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategy, ensuring clear positioning and consistent brand communication across regions. Strengthen brand presence through digital marketing, content development, and participation in key international industry events such as Vitafoods, Fi (Food Ingredients), and CPHI.
Drive lead generation and conversion by establishing effective marketing systems and working closely with global sales teams to support revenue growth and customer development.
Leverage data and market insights to monitor performance, optimise marketing effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making across functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with product strategy, procurement, and market demand. Support go-to-market initiatives and international business expansion.
Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team, ensuring strong execution and effective collaboration across regions.
