CSG Talent are partnering with a high-growth mining technology business to appoint a Global Head of Sales. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role has full accountability for global sales strategy, revenue performance, and market expansion across the mining, resources, and drilling sectors.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving enterprise and strategic sales, scaling a high-performing global sales organisation, and supporting long-term growth objectives.
This role can be based in either Salt Lake City or Perth (in-office) with global travel.
Define and execute the global sales strategy to deliver revenue and growth targets
Own global revenue performance, forecasting, and pipeline management
Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team, including senior commercial leaders and Business Development Managers
Drive enterprise and strategic customer acquisition with executive-level engagement
Lead market expansion initiatives across priority regions and key accounts
Partner with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies for new solutions and geographies
Ensure consistent sales processes, CRM discipline, and commercial governance
Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform sales and product strategy
Represent the business at key industry events and customer engagements
Proven senior sales leadership experience within mining, resources, or related industrial technology sectors
Strong track record delivering enterprise and strategic sales growth
Experience building and leading high-performing global sales teams
Exposure to Orebody Knowledge solutions, including geological modelling and mining value chain platforms
Solid understanding of the drilling services and exploration landscape
