Glazing Estimator

The Commercial Glazing Estimator is responsible for producing accurate, competitive, and profitable bids for commercial projects.

This role reviews plans and specifications, performs detailed takeoffs, prices material and labor, evaluates risk, and prepares comprehensive proposals that align with company standards.

The Estimator plays a critical role in revenue growth, gross margin protection, and long-term GC relationships.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Review architectural and structural drawings
• Identify glazing scope (storefront, curtainwall, impact systems, railings, specialty glass)
• Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs
• Analyze specs for compliance requirements
