Geological Client Manager - Saudi Arabia

CSG Talent is partnering with a leading exploration technology company to appoint a Geological Client Manager / Technical Geologist to support major mineral exploration programmes in Saudi Arabia.

The Role

This position blends hands-on geological and geophysical expertise with client-facing responsibility. You will support exploration programmes across the region, designing and interpreting geophysical surveys and acting as a trusted technical advisor to the client.

Working cross-functionally with geophysics, machine learning, operations, and sales teams, you will ensure high-quality technical delivery and an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define client exploration objectives and success criteria

• Design geophysical surveys (ANT, MT, gravity, HVSR, ground magnetics)

• Interpret multiphysics datasets and lead geological interpretations

• Present findings, workshops, and technical reports to clients

• Support greenfield exploration activities, including drilling and core logging

• Ensure effective integration of exploration technology into client workflows

• Build strong client relationships and identify exploration growth opportunities

About You

• 5+ years' experience in mineral exploration or geophysical surveying

• Strong understanding of the mineral exploration lifecycle

• Experience with ANT, MT, gravity, magnetics, and HVSR is advantageous

• Proficient in Leapfrog, Geoscience Analyst, GoCad, and QGIS

• Hands-on exploration experience (drilling, logging, modelling)

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

• Arabic language skills preferred

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Geology, Geophysics, or related discipline
