Electrical Engineering Discipline Lead

An established, multi-discipline MEP firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead and grow its electrical engineering group in Upstate New York.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for technical quality, team development, and the overall performance of the electrical discipline. You'll act as Engineer of Record on projects, provide technical and professional leadership to the team, and work closely with senior management to support regional growth and client relationships.

The role balances hands-on technical oversight with people leadership and operational responsibility. You'll play a key part in shaping standards, mentoring engineers, recruiting talent, and ensuring high-quality delivery across healthcare, education, commercial, and institutional projects.
