Electrical Engineer - Healthcare & Life Science

A growing consultancy is expanding its Los Angeles team, with a strong pipeline of work across healthcare, life sciences, education, and complex institutional projects.

They are looking to appoint a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) to support the delivery of technically demanding projects, while taking on increased ownership within a collaborative, design-focused environment.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and leadership, contributing directly to project delivery and gaining visibility within a team that is actively scaling.

The role:

• Deliver electrical design from concept through construction
• Design and coordinate power distribution, lighting, and building systems
• Produce and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams
• Support construction-phase activities including RFIs and site coordination

What they're looking for:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), or ability to obtain in California
• 5+ years' experience within MEP / building systems consulting
• Healthcare project experience, ideally including HCAI/OSHPD
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and electrical systems design
• Familiar with NEC, Title 24, and California codes
