CSG Talent has an opportunity for an experienced Electrician with plant operation experience, to oversee and lead electrical maintenance activities across New South Wales sites.

The role drives continuous improvement in maintenance performance, while also leading the delivery of electrical and automation projects, managing activities from concept through to commissioning. You will have 2 direct reports.

Our client is a global leader in the production and distribution of raw minerals for a variety of industries such as construction, packaging, food, pharmaceuticals and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead electrical maintenance activities across NSW. As lead, will have a team of 2 direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and company standards. while maintaining strong knowledge of applicable industry requirements.
• Lead the delivery of projects, from concept through to commissioning.
• Responsible for plant reliability, safe working practices, and timely execution of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain, develop, and continuously review all Electrical & Automation procedures and standards, including preventative maintenance programs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in design of electrical process and plant operation. Any automation experience is well regarded.
• Work effectively, both independently and within a team environment.
• Licence Electrician, with a strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls and fault diagnostics.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical standards and OH&S.
• Willing to travel across NSW.
