EHS Manager - Food Manufacturing

CSG are partnered with a global food manufacturer to appoint an EHS Manager to lead site wide safety, health, and environmental performance. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving compliance, reducing risk, and building a strong, proactive safety culture.
Reporting into senior leadership, this role has full ownership of EHS strategy and execution at site level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a zero harm culture across the facility
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, GMP, and HACCP/FSMA standards
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Manage audits, inspections, permits, and reporting
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Track EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Lead training and develop site-wide safety engagement
Qualifications:
- Food manufacturing experience required
- 4+ years EHS leadership experience
- Degree in EHS, Environmental, or related field
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and allergens
- PPE required
- Ability to be on feet regularly and lift up to 30 lbs
