District Manager - Rental

CSG Talent are partnered with a well-established equipment rental organization on the search for a District Manager to lead a multi-branch operation across Texas. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and operational development of a rental business undergoing significant investment and expansion.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple branch locations, driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and team development across the region.

Position Overview

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing a large regional footprint within the equipment rental sector. The District Manager will work closely with branch leadership teams to improve operational consistency, support sales growth, maximise equipment utilisation and strengthen overall branch performance.

The role requires a highly visible, hands-on leader with strong multi-site management experience and a proven ability to lead teams in the rental industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple branch locations across the region
• Drive accountability, operational performance and branch profitability
• Coach and develop Branch Managers and regional leadership teams
• Partner closely with sales leadership to support revenue growth and customer retention
• Improve equipment utilisation, service responsiveness and operational efficiency
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, fleet utilisation, service performance and customer satisfaction
• Travel regularly throughout the territory to support branch operations and customer relationships
• Help drive a high-performance, team-oriented culture across the business

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple branch locations within the equipment rental industry
• Strong background across operations, sales and service leadership
• Experience within construction equipment rental, industrial rental, power rental, pump rental or related sectors preferred
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
