Our client is a globally recognized OEM specializing in mineral processing equipment and process solutions, including high-performance thickeners, filter presses, slurry handling systems, and related technologies. With a strong international footprint and a reputation for technical excellence, they are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales - North America to lead regional growth and strategic market expansion.
The Director of Sales - North America will be responsible for leading all commercial activities across the U.S. and Canada within the mining and mineral processing sectors. This is a senior leadership role focused on revenue growth, key account development, market penetration, and building a high-performing regional sales team.
You will play a critical role in strengthening the company's presence across base metals, precious metals, tailings management, and industrial minerals markets.
Develop and execute the North American sales strategy aligned with global objectives
Drive revenue growth across capital equipment and aftermarket/service offerings
Lead, mentor, and expand a regional sales team
Identify and secure new business opportunities within mining and mineral processing markets
Build and maintain strong C-level and technical relationships with major mining operators and EPC/EPCM firms
Manage key accounts and complex, long-cycle capital equipment sales
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and global leadership teams
Represent the company at industry events and trade exhibitions
Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic reporting
Required Experience:
10+ years of sales leadership experience within mining, mineral processing, or related heavy process industries
Proven track record selling wet processing equipment such as thickeners, filter presses, clarifiers, slurry systems, or similar
Experience managing multi-million-dollar capital equipment projects
Strong network within North American mining operators and EPC/EPCM companies
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams

Willingness to travel extensively across North America
