The Opportunity
As the Director of Product Management you will lead digital product strategy across advertising and monetisation platforms. This role will work closely with commercial, brand, and product teams to deliver both long-term innovation and short-term business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping how digital experiences around our products are marketed, distributed, and monetised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and launch of digital products and platforms that support revenue growth across toy and gaming ecosystems
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for internal advertising and self-service platforms
  • Collaborate with brand, licensing, and commercial teams to create new monetisation opportunities around products and franchises
  • Oversee integrations with retail, distribution, and digital partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical and operational queries from internal stakeholders
  • Align cross-functional teams on timelines, requirements, and delivery across digital channels
  • Develop processes, documentation, and training to support product adoption
  • Manage team workload and provide leadership, mentoring, and development

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in product management, digital platforms, or advertising technology
  • Experience within the toy, gaming, entertainment, or consumer products industry is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of digital monetisation, e-commerce, or advertising ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead agile teams in fast-paced, creative environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
