Our client, a nationally recognized architecture and design firm, is investing in the continued growth of its Workplace practice and is looking for a Design Leader to help shape its creative vision.

The Opportunity

As the Design Leader for the Workplace practice, you'll be responsible for setting the creative vision across a diverse portfolio of corporate workplace projects.

You'll work closely with clients from the earliest stages of a project, leading discovery sessions, facilitating design workshops, and presenting ideas that challenge convention while delivering practical, business-focused solutions.

Internally, you'll mentor designers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and champion a culture of creativity and design excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the creative vision and design direction for Workplace projects from concept through completion.
• Partner with clients to understand their culture, business objectives, and workplace aspirations.
• Facilitate visioning sessions, workshops, and design presentations.
• Translate workplace strategy into innovative, people-centered design solutions.
• Collaborate with Client Leaders and Project Managers throughout pursuits and project delivery.
• Present concepts confidently to executive stakeholders and project teams.
• Mentor and develop designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio culture.
• Stay at the forefront of workplace trends, emerging technologies, sustainability, and employee experience.
• Help strengthen the firm's design reputation through exceptional project outcomes and thought leadership.
• Contribute to winning new work by helping clients envision what's possible through compelling design.
