* Providing oversight and coordination across multidisciplinary teams including environmental, sustainability, permitting, community and project functions

* Working closely with project leadership whilst allowing technical teams and subject matter experts to lead within their respective disciplines

* Supporting the continued establishment and growth of the organisation's Québec presence

* Helping develop a strong local culture centred around collaboration, accountability and transparency

* Supporting recruitment, mentoring and succession planning across the local organisation

We are interested in speaking with senior mining leaders who combine strong relationship management and leadership capability with practical exposure to mining project development.

The successful candidate is likely to bring:

* Significant experience within the mining industry in Québec

* Experience supporting mining projects through development, permitting, construction and/or operations

* Strong understanding of Québec regulatory processes and stakeholder engagement

* Demonstrated experience working with First Nations and local communities

* Exposure to government relations, permitting and social acceptability initiatives

* The ability to operate effectively between corporate leadership and site-based teams

* Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership capability

* Experience building and mentoring multidisciplinary teams

* Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and resolve project bottlenecks

* The confidence to challenge constructively whilst maintaining alignment and trust

* Bilingual French and English language capability. Additionally Spanish would be a major plus

Additional international exposure across mining projects globally would be viewed positively.

The role will require regular travel between corporate, community and project locations.

We recognise that strong candidates may not meet every requirement listed above. If your background aligns with the broader leadership, stakeholder and project development aspects of the role, we would encourage a confidential discussion.
