We are partnered with a high-growth, multi-site professional services organisation seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and professionalise the finance function.

This is a build role.

The business has scaled rapidly over the past few years and operates across multiple sites under long-term contracts. They are now looking to bring in a Controller to take full ownership of day-to-day finance and accounting operations as the company continues its next phase of structured growth.

This is not a maintenance position. It is suited to someone who has stepped into a growing business before and built proper infrastructure, processes and reporting.

What we are looking for:

CPA preferred
8+ years progressive accounting experience
Prior Controller experience within a professional services or contract-based organisation
Experience operating in a multi-site environment
Strong ownership of payroll, AP/AR, month-end close and reporting
Experience implementing or upgrading accounting systems / ERP
Comfortable in high-growth, founder-led or scaling environments
Ability to build and develop an accounting team
