Continuous Improvement Manager - Food Manufacturing

We are partnered with a leading manufacturer of baked goods to identify a hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across a high-volume bakery operation. This role focuses on leading CI initiatives, improving processes, and building a strong culture of accountability and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
  * Drive efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings
  * Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
  * Partner with production teams to improve output, quality, and performance
  * Coach supervisors and develop a CI-driven culture
  * Support food safety, quality, and operational standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in continuous improvement within food/bakery manufacturing (bread required)
  * Strong leadership and change management experience
  * Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  * Bilingual (English/Spanish) - essential
