We are partnering with a specialised Australian manufacturer supplying functional ingredients into pet food and feed markets to appoint a Commercial Manager. This role offers hands on commercial ownership with clear scope to grow into broader leadership over time.

The Opportunity

This position sits at the centre of commercial activity, working closely with senior leadership to grow key customer relationships, expand market reach, and support the next phase of business growth across Australia, New Zealand, and selected international markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving sales growth across a functional ingredients portfolio
• Building long term partnerships with major customers and commercial partners
• Identifying new markets, customers, and product applications
• Managing pricing, negotiations, and commercial terms
• Tracking market trends and demand to inform decisions
• Working closely with operations and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Supporting export and international customer activity
• Expanding scope into broader commercial and procurement responsibility over time

What You Bring

• Commercial or sales experience within ingredients, feed, pet food, agribusiness, or related B2B markets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management capability
• Comfort operating in technical and evolving business environments
• Commercially minded, hands on, and growth focused
