We are currently seeking a high-impact Construction Superintendent with proven commercial construction experience to lead projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all construction services and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution
- Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to specification
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements
- Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to maintain clear communication
- Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly production reports to track project status
- Implement cost-effective techniques and strategies based on experience and industry knowledge
- Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage all field operations for assigned projects with the highest standards of safety and quality
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in commercial construction projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders
