CSG are partnering a global innovation leader in acute/critical care equipment and devices in growth mode in the UK, currently looking for a Clinical Specialist (Clinical Subject Matter Expert) to join their UK Commercial Team.

The role will involve supporting new and existing end users and customers clinically, working in partnership with the current UK Sales Team to help them drive the business forwards. This is not a sales role, it us purely clinical education and support however you will have a positive commercial effect on the UK business, working to clinically support pre and post sales activities in both securing new customers and retaining current customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support (including but not limited to clinical training and education) to new and existing hospital customers. This includes but is not limited to senior decision makers, lead clinicians, nursing staff and EBME teams.
  • You will be seen as the clinical subject matter expert for the UK, adding valuable expertise to both pre and post activities working in close collaboration with the UK sales team
  • Adding value to the UK sales teams activities, helping them closer understand end user needs in both new and existing customers to ensure as many hospital customers are both won and retained as possible
  • Delivering hands on training and education programmes to new and existing hospital customers
  • You will be responsible for representing the company at relevant conferences and exhibition as the businesses clinical subject matter expert
  • Provide end user and general market intelligence and feedback you become aware of to the company to help tailor products, solutions and services whenever possible

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing is essential with at least 5 years working as a nurse in the ICU and/or HDU
  • Confident and able to build strong relationships and deliver engaging training and education programmes to all levels of the hospital
  • Available to travel throughout the UK (mainly England) up to 70% of the time, 50-60% on average
  • A legal resident of the UK with no need for sponsorship to work
