Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Growth & Strategy Focus

We are partnering with a well-established, design led architecture and professional services firm entering a pivotal phase of growth.

This is not a traditional CMO role.

Our client is seeking a senior leader to work directly with the CEO and executive team to define and drive firmwide growth strategy aligning markets, sectors, and client development to unlock the next stage of expansion.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, business development, and marketing, with a clear mandate to:

• Shape the firm's go-to-market strategy across key sectors
• Identify and prioritise high-value growth opportunities
• Align marketing and BD efforts to improve win rates and pipeline visibility
• Partner with principals and leadership to strengthen client development
• Introduce a more data-driven approach to decision-making and growth
