We are partnered with a highly respected, design-led architecture practice seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead its national marketing and growth function in Atlanta.

The business has built an impressive platform across multiple offices and is now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who can help drive the next phase of growth.

The role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development, pursuits, and strategy. You'll work closely with firm leadership and principals to improve seller-doer performance, strengthen pursuit strategy, create more alignment across offices, and bring a more data-driven, commercial approach to growth.

What you'll lead

• Leadership of marketing teams across multiple offices
• Seller-doer coaching and pursuit strategy
• CRM and market intelligence initiatives
• Pipeline tracking and win-rate improvement
• Cross-office consistency and accountability
• Collaboration with principals and executive leadership

What they're looking for

• Senior marketing or growth leadership experience within AEC
• Track record supporting revenue growth and business development
• Experience coaching principals and technical seller-doers
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• CRM and data-driven marketing experience
• Strategic, commercially minded leader who can improve structure and performance
• Architecture & Planning, Engineering or Construction experience.
