CSG is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that is transforming how mining and drilling operations manage field activities through a modern digital drilling management platform. As the company continues its expansion across North America, they are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth and build strategic relationships with mining and drilling operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to close.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within mining and industrial markets.

  • Deliver consultative sales engagements and product demonstrations to operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical within mining and industrial organisations.

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a strong customer experience.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences and customer events across North America.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, mining technology, or industrial software.

  • Proven experience exceeding sales targets in complex sales environments.

  • Strong discovery, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger, or SPIN.

  • Experience selling into mining, drilling, or field-service operations is highly advantageous.
