CSG Talent is partnering with a mining technology business to appoint a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this role is focused on driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, enterprise sales, and market expansion across the mining, resources, and drilling sectors.
This is a hands-on commercial role suited to a sales professional experienced in complex or enterprise sales environments within mining or industrial technology.
This role can be based either in Salt Lake City or Perth, on-site.
Execute a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
Identify and develop new markets, regions, and strategic accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and strategic customers
Support go-to-market activity for new products and geographic expansion
Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams
Proven experience in business development or sales within mining, resources, or related industrial sectors
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex or enterprise sales cycles
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strategic, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Exposure to Orebody Knowledge solutions, including geological modelling and mining value chain platforms
Understanding of drilling services, exploration, and resource definition environments
