We're partnering with a growing business in the commercial vehicle aftermarket, looking to appoint a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new revenue across the UK.

This is a true hunter role focused on winning new business, opening doors, and building a strong territory within the commercial vehicle ecosystem.

The Role

You will take ownership of a defined UK territory, targeting commercial vehicle fleets, independent operators, workshops, and distribution partners.

Your focus will be on:

  • Identifying and winning new customers across fleet and aftermarket channels
  • Proactively developing opportunities within SME fleets and regional operators
  • Building and expanding relationships with distributors and end-users
  • Driving consistent pipeline activity and converting new business
  • Establishing a strong presence across your territory through face-to-face engagement

This is a front-line sales role, success will come from your ability to get in front of customers, build trust, and win business in a competitive market.

About You

We're looking for a commercially driven, resilient sales professional who thrives in a new business environment.

You will have:

  • Experience selling into the commercial vehicle / fleet / aftermarket sector
  • A background in field sales, territory sales, or business development
  • Proven ability to win new business and grow a territory
  • Experience working with both distributors and direct fleet customers
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong relationship-building skills
