Business Development Analyst - EMEA
Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

A global leader in industrial automation and conveyance solutions is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the growth across the EMEA region. This role sits in the regional commercial team, supporting the expansion and adoption of a portfolio of technical platform solutions across a variety of industrial sectors.

Operating within a multidisciplinary group spanning commercial, technical, and sales functions, you will contribute to the development and delivery of growth strategies, ensure alignment across internal teams, and help strengthen overall market presence throughout the EMEA region.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of regional business development initiatives across EMEA
  • Support the positioning and scaling of platform-based solutions within target markets
  • Drive internal alignment on go-to-market messaging, strategy, and execution plans
  • Partner with sales and engineering stakeholders to uncover and develop new growth opportunities
  • Engage with external customers and industry stakeholders to reinforce market positioning and value proposition

Profile

You are a commercially aware, data-literate professional who enjoys working in fast-moving, project-oriented environments.

You are comfortable operating across strategy and execution, able to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands, while building strong relationships across both technical and commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language
  • Strong analytical capability with experience working with data and analytical tools
  • Experience in or exposure to project coordination or project management environments
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working across functions
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 30%
