CSG Talent are working with a key medical devices client to hire a new Associate Marketing Manager to focus on their L&D/Education function for HCPs & patients. This is a FTC role (9 months) with the role being hired as remote within the Benelux region.
You will play a key role in enabling healthcare professionals and end users to get the most value from innovative connected health solutions. You will help shape and deliver education programs that improve understanding, adoption, and outcomes across the Benelux region.
Where you come in:
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive education and training strategy for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and end users across the Benelux region.
- You will manage a range of educational assets, including training guides, learning materials, and digital content, ensuring alignment with global brand and compliance standards.
- You will lead the development and continuous improvement of a learning management system (LMS) to provide an accessible and effective training experience.
- You will collaborate with regional and EMEA marketing and training teams to ensure alignment with broader educational and commercial priorities.
- You will evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data insights, using this to continuously improve content and delivery.
- You will conduct ongoing research into regional education needs and evolving trends in digital health and chronic disease management.
- You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and external partners to ensure educational initiatives meet real-world needs.
What makes you successful:
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Existing experience in a medical devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare related product with a strong focus/existing experience in a learning/training material devvelopment style role (essential)
- You are a proactive and creative thinker, always looking for ways to improve learning experiences and engagement.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered a strong advantage.
- You have experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms, with the ability to analyse engagement and optimise content accordingly.
- You have knowledge of, or a strong interest in, the healthcare or medical technology sector.
- You are confident presenting and adapting communication styles for different audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.
- You are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and contributing to meaningful innovation in medical technology.
