With a strong reputation in other markets, the business is now investing in Sydney and is seeking a senior leader to launch the office, win work, and build a high-performing local team - with a strong focus on health and healthcare infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

As Associate Director, you will act as the founding leader for the Sydney operation. This role combines senior project leadership with business development, people leadership, and strategic growth responsibilities.

You will:

• Establish and grow the Sydney office, including strategy, systems, and culture.
• Lead the delivery of complex health and healthcare construction projects on the client side.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, and delivery partners.
• Leverage your network to secure new work and expand the Sydney portfolio.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a project management team as the office scales.
• Work closely with national Directors to align Sydney growth with broader business objectives.
• Act as a senior representative of the business within the Sydney health sector.

About You

You are a senior client-side project management professional with proven experience delivering healthcare build projects. You will bring:

• Strong background in PM / delivery of health, hospital, or healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Established relationships within the Sydney health and construction market.
• Proven capability delivering complex projects end-to-end on the client side.
• Commercial acumen with experience in work winning and client relationship management.
• Leadership experience (or clear readiness) to build and lead a growing team.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
