Assistant Project Manager - Client-Side

With a strong reputation for strategic advice, commercial rigour, and end-to-end project leadership, the business plays a key advisory role from early feasibility through to completion.

The Opportunity

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support senior project leaders across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in project planning, programming, and reporting.

  • Supporting design coordination and consultant management.

  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, budgets, and risk registers.

  • Attending client and stakeholder meetings and tracking key actions.

  • Supporting procurement processes and contract administration activities.

  • Assisting with financial tracking, variations, and cost monitoring.

  • Coordinating approvals and authority submissions where required.

About You

You are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional client-side environment. You will bring:

  • 1-3+ years' experience in project management, development management, construction, or consultancy.

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Commercial awareness and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
