AI Program Manager

CSG Talent are representing a growing organisation in the automation and intelligent systems space, who are searching for a AI Program Manager to lead delivery of AI-driven solutions across real-world operational environments.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, software, systems engineering and customer deployment. Based in New York with the opportunity to work on a hybrid working model.

As AI Program Manager, your duties will include:

• Driving AI-led programs from concept through to deployment

• Working across software, systems and operations teams

• Supporting pilot programs and real-world validation

• Translating customer requirements into scalable solutions

• Leading agile cross-functional delivery teams

To be considered for the opportunity as AI Program Manager, we are looking for the following experience:

• Program / Technical Program Management

• AI, machine learning or automation environments

• Robotics, machine vision or asset intelligence

• Agile / Scrum / scaled delivery environments

• Software + systems integration exposure

• Experience of managing and developing a team of experts
