A well-established commercial building envelope contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing architectural metal panel division. The company delivers high-quality roofing, architectural metal wall panel, ACM panel, metal siding, and custom sheet metal solutions across commercial, industrial, institutional, and retail projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in ACM panels, metal panels, architectural cladding, or related building envelope construction to take ownership of projects from contract award through completion while working closely with clients, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of ACM panel and architectural metal wall panel projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and will coordinate all aspects of project execution, including procurement, scheduling, submittals, change orders, material coordination, subcontractor management, and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ACM panel and architectural metal panel projects from contract award through final completion.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, owners, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate material procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules.
• Review and manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, conflicts, and cost issues before they impact the project.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate closely with field superintendents and installation crews.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
