My client is a key player within the Toy and Gift market. Due to expansion within the business we are now looking to bring in an additional Account Manager to the organisation. This role will repost directly into the Slaes Director and will be responsible for maintaining and expanding exisiting business.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full commercial relationship within the accounts you will be managing
- Develop and execute annual joint business plans including revenue targets, category strategies, and promotional calendars.
- Conduct regular business reviews with your accounts commercial team, presenting performance insights and growth opportunities.
- Deliver annual revenue, margin, and profitability targets for your accounts
- Identify assortment expansion opportunities and manage new product introductions.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and sell-through performance in close collaboration with internal pricing and marketing teams.
- Manage monthly forecasting, demand planning, and inventory levels to ensure high availability and minimize overstocks.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and service level performance.
- Lead annual contract negotiations, including terms, conditions, rebates, and marketing investments.
- Act as the internal advocate and voice of business to ensure alignment of priorities.
We are looking for someone who has existing relationships within the UK retail market who has successfully grown business within the Toy or gift market, other consumer markets will be considered.
