Account Manager - Mining

CSG is supporting a market leader in compliance software and supply chain risk management as they continue to grow their commercial team across Canada.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing B2B customers across industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities and Manufacturing.

This is a commercial, revenue-carrying role focused on customer retention, account growth and long-term value. You'll build strong relationships with customers, identify expansion opportunities and ensure they continue to realise measurable value from the platform.

What You'll Do

• Own customer retention, renewals and commercial outcomes across your portfolio.
• Identify and close expansion opportunities across new sites, business units, use cases and solutions.
• Build relationships from day-to-day users through to senior decision-makers and executive sponsors.
• Lead business reviews, demonstrating customer value and identifying future opportunities.
• Monitor customer adoption and proactively address risks to retention and growth.
• Develop account plans to identify whitespace and drive expansion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable renewal and revenue forecasts.
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, Implementation and Support teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Act as a trusted customer advocate and bring market insight back into the wider business.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience in B2B account management, customer success with revenue ownership, or full-cycle sales; SaaS experience preferred.
• A proven track record of achieving retention, renewal and/or expansion targets.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and close growth opportunities.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities or Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and executive relationship-building skills.
